You may have heard of me and other fans gripe about how Bayern Munich’s wingers are mostly headcases. Apart from Michael Olise and Jamal Musiala (who mostly plays in the middle), Serge Gnabry, Kingsley Coman, and Leroy Sané have not had significant impact, gobbling up too much cash just to muster up less G/A than a “washed” Thomas Müller. So, I will be predicting that those three will get sold and go one step further and predict that Bayern signs Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Bayern got it a bit easy with Napoli when they bought Kim Min-jae from them, one of their key players, because a release clause was triggered. Regardless of if “Kvara” has one or not, it’ll be a bit trickier but who’s to say the Bavarians can’t pull one of Europe’s deadliest wingers? The Georgian will probably cost around what Bayer Leverkusen is quoting for Florian Wirtz, who Bayern can still go for since there’s no official announcement that he has extended with Die Werkself.
Bayern’s front four will be absolutely filth: Harry Kane up top, Kvara on the left, Olise on the right, Musiala in the middle. Bayern will have additional goal threat from the wingers when it’s mostly been Kane and Musiala doing the dirty work. If Kvara doesn’t work, why not poach Son Heung-min from Tottenham Hotspur? I know Kane and Kim will be happy with that move.
