Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala took part in team training for the second consecutive day, but the attacking midfielder is not certain to retake his spot in the starting XI per Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):
Jamal Musiala is expected back in the squad tomorrow but is rather unlikely to start. Thomas Müller is set to replace him in the starting lineup once again.
It would not be shocking to see coach Vincent Kompany start Musiala, but ramping him slowly back into the mix after a bout with an illness could be prudent. Perhaps a sub appearance in the works for Musiala against Hoffenheim.
Kimmich, Gnabry work out indoors
Could Joshua Kimmich be nursing an undisclosed injury…or is he just taking it easy prior to the Hoffenheim match? Well, the midfielder — along with winger Serge Gnabry — skipped team training in favor of working out indoors at the facility per Bild (via @iMiaSanMia):
Joshua Kimmich and Serge Gnabry did not take part in the final team training and worked indoors instead. But Bayern are hopeful that both players will be back for the warm-up session tomorrow morning and will then be able to play against Hoffenheim in the evening.
Min-jae, Stanišić back in team training
Josip Stanišić is finally back in team training and will be working toward a return in the coming games. It is extremely doubtful that he would start or get significant playing time against Hoffenheim (MagentaTV reporter Victor Catalina via @iMiaSanMia):
Josip Stanišić has resumed team training ahead of tomorrow’s game. Jamal Musiala is also there.
Meanwhile, Kim Min-jae returned to the pitch after sitting out on Monday to rest a nagging Achilles ailment (pe Bild via @iMiaSanMia):
Kim Min-jae resumed team training today after he was given a break yesterday.
