When it comes to Michael Olise, Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany seems to love what he has seen so far.
Moreover, Kompany loves how the young Frenchman approaches the game.
“Michael is a ‘cerebral’ player, he’s a thinker. He thinks a lot and questions everything. He enjoys football and works hard. The most important thing I see in him is that he’s obsessed with work. We have more players who want to learn more. That gives us energy. He is one of those players who always wants to improve,” said Kompany (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Olise has seemingly won the right win job for now, which has put Leroy Sané, Kingsley Coman, and Serge Gnabry on the left side. If Olise can continue to produce like he has (10 goals and 11 assists in 26 games across all competitions), it might be heard to unseat him from that role.
