Manchester City’s Josko Gvardiol, Rodri, Phil Foden and Erling Haaland have been named in WhoScored’s Team of the Season.
Out of the four, Rodri was the highest rated, having recorded an average score of 7.62 across the course of the campaign.
The Spanish international made over 400 more passes than any other player in the top flight, having also contributed 8 goals and 9 assists.
Foden is second among the City players included with a rating of 7.55, having scored a crucial brace on the final day of the season to help his team seal their fourth consecutive Premier League title.
While Haaland (7.40) may have not had as good a season as his first year at the Etihad, scoring 27 goals and winning the Premier League Golden Boot for the second successive campaign, means he can have no complaints.

Gvardiol (7.03) also received some deserved recognition for producing some excellent displays following his arrival from RB Leipzig last year.
The Croatian international did have to adapt at the start of the season, with manager Pep Guardiola deciding to use him at left-back, but he has been in scintillating form over the past couple of months.
Who else made it into WhoScored’s Team of the Season?
West Ham’s Alphonse Areola (6.96) was selected in goal. The France international has been one of the most consistent performers for the Hammers as they finished in midtable.
Gvardiol is joined by Liverpool duo Trent Alexander-Arnold (7.12) and Virgil van Dijk (7.15) in defence, with Everton’s James Tarkowski (7.08) taking up the remaining spot in the back four.
Former Manchester City midfielder Cole Palmer (7.48) is named in midfield, with the Chelsea star having scored 22 goals this season. Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze (7.45) and Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka (7.67) are also included along with Foden and Rodri. Haaland is the lone striker.
