Bayern Munich star Noussair Mazraoui has completed his transfer to Manchester United after weeks of speculation.
Mazraoui was part of the vaunted “Summer Transfer Window Class of ‘22”, but oddly found his way out of the mix during this offseason under Vincent Kompany. His salary, plus concerns over his injury history are believed to have led to his exit:

Mazraoui was expected to be starter this season in Bavaria, but things devolved quickly for him and led to the move to England, where he is expected to compete for playing under coach Erik ten Hag. Mazraoui’s versatility is considered to be a big key for how he will be used this season in the Premier League.
