There are ample budding options at Ange Postecoglou’s disposal at the moment, as Tottenham Hotspur and Daniel Levy have set up a massive pipeline that will reap high-potential talents on a consistent basis.
The officials at Hotspur Way will now look to ensure that the players at their disposal endure their development in the right manner and take steps to ensure that the starlets compound into men’s football in a timely manner.
Spurs nurturing next-gen
The club is planning to dispose of young players on loan in the ongoing summer transfer window, with the likes of Alfie Devine, Ashley Phillips, and Jamie Donley on loan ahead of the summer transfer window, per The Standard.
Tottenham are planning to loan Jamie Donley, who has been likened to being better than Jobe Bellingham, the brother of Real Madrid maestro Jude. Donley joined Spurs when he was only eight and has then gone on to thrive for the Lilywhites through the ranks at N17. He has been impressive since coming through the ranks and enjoyed a stellar season last year.
Postecoglou to keep Moore?
While the club aims to loan Donley, another of his teammates, Mikey Moore, who came through the ranks at Hotspur Way together, is looking to find a way into Ange Postecoglou’s squad next season.
He has been impressive through the recently concluded pre-season outing, and Ange Postecoglou has been speaking highly about the starlet. Speaking about Moore earlier this year, the Australian gaffer said:
“He still has a long way to go; he’s only 16, but he’s a good kid, and hopefully that encourages him.”
