The way the Premier League schedules matches sometimes kind of baffles me. This weekend we had a Friday night match, a pretty full slate of Saturday matches, just two matches today, and a Monday night match (Leicester vs. Tottenham). I know that it’s for television purposes, but it just makes no damn sense to me. Why only two today? Why can’t Spurs play on a Sunday? Why am I asking rhetorical questions when I know I’m not going to get the answers?
Whatever. Hey, there’s football on! Here’s your open thread.
