According to a report from HITC journalist Graeme Bailey, Bayern Munich is plotting a move for disgruntled Manchester United attacker Jadon Sancho.
While this seems ludicrous, the insanity levels might have actually dropped a little given the news that Kingsley Coman is pushing to leave Bavaria before the transfer deadline ends.
If true, Bayern Munich could be dueling with Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, and Chelsea FC for Sancho. Let’s take a look at what Bailey has to say:
Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho is expected to be one of several key players who secures a move this summer. Friday’s transfer deadline is around the corner and Sancho is once again looking for a new home.
HITC understands that Borussia Dortmund are ready to offer Sancho a move back to the club – as long as Manchester United sanction a loan move. They previously ruled out a permanent deal for the 24-year-old after his six-month loan spell back at the club last season. He has impressed hugely for them, but they could not afford to buy him.
Bayern Munich, who are looking to move on Kingsley Coman, are another club who have a possible interest in Sancho. Vincent Kompany was appointed Bayern boss in the summer and they have England internationals Harry Kane and Eric Dier on board.
It seems unlikely that Bayern Munich would be involved in this race, but the Bavarians could soon have an opening at wing — and have long held interest in the Englishman. Will Sancho join his countrymen — Harry Kane and Eric Dier — in Germany?
