According to a report from France Football journalist Nabil Djellit, Liverpool FC might consider taking a run at Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman:
Info: #Liverpool is interested in Kingsley #Coman to strengthen his offensive sector. #Mercato #Bayern
However, Coman’s resolve might be tested. The Saudis are coming back in a big way with a lucrative offer that could tempt Coman per L’Equipe (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):
The Saudi club that made a lucrative offer for Kingsley Coman is Al Hilal. The player has not made a final decision yet about his future destination, even though he always wanted to play in the Premier League one day.
Bayern have contacted several big European clubs to ‘test the waters’ and explore Kingsley Coman’s market, which wasn’t appreciated by the player. Coman initially didn’t have the intention of leaving Munich following the birth of his son. But that has changed a few days ago – Coman told people close to him that he made the decision to leave Bayern, even though he felt very comfortable in the Bavarian entourage.
L’Equipe’s Loïc Tanzi confirmed that Bayern Munich and Al Hilal are in full agreement on a deal, but Coman has not made a final decision (via @iMiaSanMia).
Bayern and Al Hilal have reached an agreement in principle for the transfer of Kingsley Coman. The player has not agreed to the move yet. Premier League offers could soon arrive.
Abendzeitung journalists Maximilian Koch and Kilian Kreitmair captured a statement from Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen on Coman’s status.
“You can imagine that I will not comment on current rumours in the last days of the transfer window. That is not appropriate towards the players and it introduces unnecessary speculation,” Dreesen said.
Fabrizio Romano checked in with his version of how things are unfolding:
Al Hilal have submitted an important, huge bid to sign Kingsley Coman.
There’s competition from Premier League top clubs as well as Barça as Hansi Flick is an admirer.

More on Al Hilal and Kingsley Coman.
The proposal has already been received by Bayern and they’d be prepared to accept.

Finally, Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg says that Coman could accept the Al Hilal offer:
We’ve been told that Kingsley #Coman now seriously willing to accept the offer from Al-Hilal ✔️
… if no other top option in Europe arises in the next hours/days as Barcelona and Liverpool have only inquired about Coman. #LFC #FCBayern have agreed the deal with Al-Hilal… pic.twitter.com/8YhMAbYcn9

#FCBayern have agreed the deal with Al-Hilal as there were final talks in the last hours. Now it’s up to Coman and his final decision.
Plettenberg’s Sky Sport colleague Kerry Hau added more context as well:
FC Bayern and Al-Hilal have agreed on a transfer of Kingsley Coman. The player’s consent is missing. Coman would be open to a move to the desert if no other option in Europe arises. So far there have only been loose inquiries – most recently from FC Liverpool. The Reds, however, are focusing on Federico Chiesa.
