Bayern Munich loanee Paul Wanner helped power Heidenheim to a 2-0 victory over St. Pauli over the weekend.
Wanner scored the game’s opening goal in the 66th minute and turned in a very good performance overall in winning eight of his 11 duels and being successful on three of six dribble attempts.
One important person who took note of Wanner’s stellar effort was one of his club mentors — Thomas Müller (who had a pretty great day of his own on Sunday).
After his game, Wanner hit Instagram with a post and Müller was right there to congratulate him:
Can Wanner keep it going?
