Xavi Simons wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain permanently next summer with Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City all monitoring his situation.
Simons is currently on a second season-long loan deal at RB Leipzig with PSG prepared to offload the midfielder again this season to aid his development.
The 21-year-old was named in the Bundesliga Team of the Season for 2023/24 after scoring 10 goals and providing 15 assists in all competitions last season.
Simons turned down a move to Bayern Munich in favour of rejoining Leipzig on loan for the current campaign and will assess his options at the end of the campaign.
According to BILD, the Dutch international will not be short of offers with Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City all interested in a potential deal, alongside Bayern and Leipzig. Simons is understood to be valued at £80m (£67m) by PSG, who have failed to find the midfielder a route into their first team under Luis Enrique.
PSG stand to make a huge profit having activated a £5m buy-back clause to re-sign Simons from PSV Eindhoven in 2023, after the Dutchman starred during a single season in the Eredivisie.
He finished as the league’s joint-leading scorer with 19 goals and won the Johan Cruyff Trophy for the Dutch Football Talent of the Year.
