Marcus Rashford has been spotted back in training, ahead of a crucial away game vs Bournemouth.
Manchester United managed to squeeze out a 2-0 victory at home to Wolves last weekend – without Marcus Rashford in the squad.
The Englishman had picked up an injury, with Erik ten Hag all-but confirming he’d be absent against Julen Lopetegui’s men.
At the time, the severity of the issue wasn’t disclosed. The fact that he was only doubtful for the Wolves game suggested to all of us that he’d be back at some point before the season ends.
Well, perhaps he’s back and ready to play earlier than we all thought. The United star was spotted back in training with the senior squad this morning, ahead of Bournemouth away on Saturday.

If this was Rashford’s first session, he’ll now have a couple more to build up the fitness ahead of Saturday’s 3pm kick-off.
The Englishman hasn’t been away from it for too long, so I’d feel confident in stating that he’ll be fit enough to play some part – if Ten Hag deems that the correct decision.
It goes without saying. United are not the same team without Rashford. They lack goals when the Englishman isn’t in the line-up, explaining why the club looks desperate to bring in a top-class number nine this summer.
Having him on the left wing certainly fills the fans with more confidence, particularly in those tight games where one goal can make all the difference.
Even if he’s only fit enough for the bench, it’s an extra option for United to utilise late on if the Red Devils need a goal.
