Becoming the new star signing of a Premier League giant can bring its own struggles, justifying your price tag, building a relationship with team-mates, and importantly choosing where to live.
That is the situation Liverpool‘s Dominik Szoboszlai finds himself in after completing a £60m deal to join Jurgen Klopp‘s side and become the club’s second signing of the summer transfer window.
However, while Liverpool will be hoping to challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title next season, their new star has been given a helping hand by Erling Haaland.
City’s Norwegian record-breaker moved to England last year, starring in his debut season as City secured the Treble, and has offered Szoboszlai guidance on finding new digs in the north west.
The guidance from Haaland was for the Liverpool midfielder to set up camp in a remote area between Liverpool and Manchester that will allow him to commute between the two city’s at ease while also keeping out of the prying public eyes.

Szoboszlai explained that he has been speaking with Haaland at great lengths and would be looking at real estate in the area throughout the week.
‘We’ve talked. So much so that Erling Haaland has also advised on finding real estate, and it could very well be that we become neighbours, he told Nemzeti Sport.
‘I learned from him that several players live halfway between Manchester and Liverpool in a quiet area where privacy can be preserved, and on Monday I will see what he was talking about. I am very curious.

‘And of course, putting our friendship aside during the Liverpool-Manchester City matches, it will surely be a fantastic experience to play against each other.’
The Hungarian is part of Liverpool’s midfield rebuild as Klopp attempts to overhaul his side after underperforming last season.
Liverpool have entertained a two-horse race with City for the Premier League crown in previous years and hope to be back in contention again next season.
Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola’s squad of superstars will be seeking to defend their Treble status and become the first team in English history to consecutively achieve the outstanding feat.
