Top European football agent names the ‘ONLY three clubs’ who can sign Kylian Mbappe from PSG now… and Newcastle are one of them!
European football agent Bruno Satin reckons Newcastle are one of only three clubs capable of signing PSG‘s wantaway star Kylian Mbappe.
The Frenchman has made it clear he wishes to leave the side at the end of the season when his current deal comes to an end, prompting chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi to reject the notion their star man could leave on for nothing.
The current standoff has put several European clubs, who fancy testing PSG’s resolve, on high alert. But Satin, a prominent French agent, believes there are only three teams with a realistic chance of landing the World Cup winner.
‘It’s difficult to give a price for Mbappé,’ he told L’Equipe. ‘A normal club, that is to say not a club-state, will not in my opinion pay £170m today.
‘In my opinion, only Manchester City, Newcastle and Real Madrid can pay today. For me, the real price is between £85m and £130m, after which there can be bonuses to go up to £170m or almost.

‘If there are few suitors, it is not likely to increase its price’
Both PSG and Real Madrid have been here before with Mbappe entering the final 12 months of his contract. In 2021, the French side rejected a £154m bid from the Spanish giants for a player they could have lost for free a short while later.
As it turned out the Parisians managed to convince the superstar to extend his stay, but have ultimately found themselves in the same position two years later.
The vast sums posited by Satin are a clear indication of the player’s standing as one of the two best players in the world, as well as the willingness of clubs to fork out large fees on players nearing the end of the deals.
Arsenal are set to complete a £105m transfer for West ham skipper Declan Rice, while Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy refuses to budge on his mammoth asking price for Harry Kane. Both players would be free to walk next summer.

In the case of Mbappe, Satin is of the mind that the Premier League may not be such a natural home for the three-time French Footballer of the Year, believing instead that Madrid are best placed to secure his services.
‘There is certainly the length of the contract that comes into play,’ he added. ‘But in the case of a boy like Kylian, it’s not just that. But today, which clubs are likely to welcome him? Not the English in my opinion.
‘If they can pay the transfer, they do not give salaries like the one he has in Paris. In general, the highest are around £22m to £27m gross, but the English can compensate with marketing solutions.
‘Today, I only see Real. So, if there are few suitors, it is not likely to drive up its price.’
