Chelsea are reportedly getting ready for another squad clear out of sorts, with some “tough decisions” to be made.
They have only recently gone through a huge squad rebuild over the last few transfer windows since the new ownership group arrived, but apparently they are still about to sell a host more players next month whilst also targeting more new signings.

That is according to Football Insider at least, who have an exclusive report out today claiming Chelsea will have to part with multiple stars in January to readdress the balance of Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
A well-placed source has apparently told them that “tough decisions will have to be made” in the new year.
There is no names mentioned in the report, but some of the players you’d expect will have questions marks over them are the likes of Ian Maatsen, Trevoh Chalobah, and perhaps even Conor Gallagher, with all three players representing pure profit sales if they were to go.
