One current Chelsea staff member has been discussing a potential new manager coming in to replace Mauricio Pochettino, I guess off the back of the noise we have been hearing last night.
It looks like Pochettino is under pressure to get results again immediately at Chelsea, with the board seemingly looking at other potential options on a shortlist.

Chelsea lost to Liverpool in The League Cup Final on Sunday and that would have taken the heat off Pochettino if they won that. And now there is another big game tomorrow against Leeds United and if they lose that and go out The FA Cup, it may well be curtains for Pochettino’s short Chelsea career already.
Former Chelsea player Jason Cundy, who now does commentary on games for the Chelsea website, says that he heard Thomas Tuchel fell out with the owners so a return for him would be out of the question and he also has a similar verdict on a potential return for Jose Mourinho.
As cited by Chels HQ, Cundy said: “It would be box office, but Thomas Tuchel fell out with the owners from what we gather. Jose [Mourinho] always falls out with someone at the end of it. I don’t think we need to go there yet.”
