One journalist is reporting that Chelsea are looking at a specific country for certain talents in one position this summer.
And that is all because of the data they have been analysing showing up good results that these types of players from this country will be very suitable for said position.

And that position is at centre back, where Chelsea are reportedly going to be looking at strengthening in this summer.
That is according to an exclusive report from journalist Simon Phillips, who has put out a very interesting and intriguing bit of inside info on his Substack site today.
He says that Chelsea are specifically looking at Dutch centre backs due to analysing the data specifically on such players.
‘The data shows’ that Dutch defenders are often difference makers, and they have looked at examples such as Virgil van Dijk, Nathan Ake (more for his versatility), Micky van de Ven at Tottenham, and even Daley Blind at Girona has been very good.
