Chelsea’s teenage sensation Kendry Paez has scored his first goal of the season.
The Blues signed the 16 year old from Independiente del Valle last summer for £17.2m but he can’t officially join until he turns 18 in May 2025.
Paez is already a full Ecuadorian international and plays alongside current Chelsea star Moises Caicedo.
The teenager is Ecuador’s youngest ever international and youngest goalscorer.
Despite not being able to join until 2025 the teenager has been over to train with Mauricio Pochettino’s squad and has also attended a few games including the Carabao Cup final at Wembley.
Understandably there is a lot of excitement surrounding his arrival and his goal last night showed a further glimpse of what Chelsea fans can expect when he finally arrives at Stamford Bridge.
