Bournemouth have made Luis Sinisterra’s loan move from Leeds United permanent for a fee in the region of £20m.
The 24-year-old winger joined Bournemouth from the Championship club last summer on a season-long loan move.
That temporary move has now to be made permanent, with Sinisterra signing a “long-term deal”.
“I’m really happy to make this move. I’m excited to play for Bournemouth for the long term,” Sinisterra said.
“I feel really comfortable here and the fans are really nice. When I meet them in the streets, they show the love. I’m really happy here and I’ve settled really well.”
The Colombia international has scored three goals and provided three assists in 17 appearances for Bournemouth.
Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake added: “Luis has shown his considerable quality on the pitch and he’s a popular member of the dressing room.
“We believe he’s only going to get better, and we’re excited to continue to work with him on a long-term basis.”
Sinisterra joined Leeds from Feyenoord in the summer of 2022, scoring eight goals and providing one assist in 26 appearances in his sole season for the club.
Leeds are next in action against Rotherham on Saturday while Bournemouth take on Fulham on the same day.
