According to a report from Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, Bayern Munich star Harry Kane will be ready to play at the EUROs despite his bad back:
News @HKane | I was told that the Euro is NOT in danger!
#Kane is undergoing special treatment due to his back issues and has already left Munich.
He aims to be fit in time for the Euro. 44 goals and 12 assists this season.

Meanwhile, Raphaël Guerreiro’s status is far less clear due to a ligament and capsule injury in his left ankle, per Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):

BFW Analysis
Even though he could miss the EUROs, Guerreiro’s health is actually less concerning than Kane’s issue. A back injury to Kane — who relies so much on his core strength to battle for position — is something to keep an eye on for the long-term.
Hopefully, both injuries are just short-term issues that will not linger into the preparation for next season.
