According to a report from kicker (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich’s wish list for this summer covers multiple positions — and does include a possible badly needed refresh of the wing position:
The positions Bayern are looking to strengthen this summer:
• Striker (Choupo-Moting replacement)
• At least one winger
• Holding midfielder
• Left-back if Alphonso Davies leaves (Theo Hernández desired target)
• Jonathan Tah is a target but only if one of the current center-backs leaves the club
The Bavarians could see a lot of change during this season, especially at the positions listed above.
At center-back, Bayern Munich seems to have a strong group with Matthijs de Ligt, Eric Dier, Dayot Upamecano, and Kim Min-jae, but if any of those players are inclined to leave, Bayer Leverkusen’s Jonathan Tah will sit atop the transfer list in Bavaria.
The other positions listed above represent a turnover for some areas — and each could play a key role in determining how next season’s campaign eventually comes together.
