Germany are awaiting their fate at EURO 2024 when they host this summer. The host nation looks their strongest in years after Julian Nagelsmann’s appointment. Regardless of what happens this summer in Germany, Die Mannschaft will be thrown back into action in September to start the next edition of the UEFA Nations League.
After struggling in the last edition of the tournament, the Germans are placed in a much easier group. It was Italy, England, and Hungary last time around. Now Germany will play the Netherlands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and once again, Hungary. The matches are:
- Germany vs Hungary at Merkur Spiel-Arena, Düsseldorf (September 7)
- Netherlands vs Germany at Johan Cruijff ArenA, Amsterdam (September 10)
- Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Germany at Bilino Polje stadium, Zenica (October 11)
- Germany vs Netherlands at Allianz Arena, Munich (October 14)
- Germany vs Bosnia and Herzegovina at Europa-Park Stadion, Freiburg (November 16)
- Hungary vs Germany at Puskás Aréna, Budapest (November 19)
Hungary is certain to give Germany a hard time, as they have done so excellently in recent years. While Netherlands and Bosnia and Herzegovina are much more favorable than Italy and England, the most recent Euro finalists.
