According to report from Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, Bayern Munich is set to pay Vincent Kompany a very handsome salary to be the club’s head coach.
In fact, Bayern Munich is paying Kompany more than it paid either Hansi Flick or Julian Nagelsmann:
Excl. | FC Bayern dug deep into their pockets for Vincent #Kompany. His salary is in the range of €7-9 million gross per year with possible add-ons included!
For comparison, Tuchel’s salary at FC Bayern was around €9 million gross per year plus bonuses.
Nagelsmann‘s and Flick‘s salary at FC Bayern were around €6 million gross per year plus add-ons.
