Bayern Munich seems intent on sending a message to Matthijs de Ligt (and their Bundesliga challengers) by signing defenders from their rivals. Perhaps, Bayern might not sell De Ligt just yet if they are relaxed about negotiations. Perhaps, Bayern is happy to wait a season more for Tah.
