Brighton retain an interest in Leicester midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and are contemplating a fresh bid, talkSPORT understands.
The Seagulls attempted to sign the £30million rated Dewsbury-Hall in January but we’re unable to agree deal with the Foxes.
However, they could be set to reignite their interest in the summer transfer window with a new offer ahead of next season.
Dewsbury-Hall joined Leicester’s academy at the age of eight and worked his way into the first-team, making his debut in 2020.
The midfielder has 129 appearances across all competitions for the club and proved pivotal in their Championship title success.
He scored 12 goals and assisted another 14 to help seal their instant return back to the Premier League.
Dewsbury-Hall featured in the Championship Team of the Season and was voted as Leicester’s Supporters’ and Players’ Player of the Season too.
His current deal doesn’t expire until 2027 so the Foxes should be able to bank a large fee if he is sold.
talkSPORT also previously reported that Tottenham are another club who are tracking him.
If Dewsbury-Hall stays he will play under Steve Cooper next season as he became Leicester’s replacement for Enzo Maresca, who joined Chelsea.
A move to Brighton would see him work under new head coach Fabian Hurzeler after he completed a switch from St Pauli.
talkSPORT understands he is keen to keep both Deniz Undav and Pascal Gross at the club – Stuttgart want to uptake their £20million buy option on the former whilst Borussia Dortmund eye the latter.
Ibrahim Osman is set to become the Seagull’s first arrival after it was agreed he would join in the summer from FC Nordsjaelland in a reported £16million deal.
Brighton bid farewell to Adam Lallana earlier in the month as he rejoined Southampton on a one-year deal.
