Bayern looks like it will not be restoring Joshua Kimmich to central midfield anytime soon, meaning a new No. 6 is on top sporting exec Max Eberl’s shopping list in the summer transfer window. The Bavarians look set to make a big effort for Fulham’s João Palhinha (again), but it will be interesting to see where they turn should that not pan out.
