Should Bayern Munich consider bringing back James Rodriguez? Would the Prodigal Son return to Germany in hopes of achieving the greatness he could not quite grasp the first time around?
Would it make sense? Would the Bavarians really consider it?
Should they?
OH HELL NO!
Fabrizio Romano reported that the snake oil salesman footballer severed his contract with São Paulo — no doubt in hope of tricking some desperate, deep-pocketed club to take a chance on him, riding the suddenly hot-hand he developed playing in the Copa America tournament:
James Rodriguez, set to be available as free agent terminating his contract by mutual agreement with São Paulo.
He’s set to part ways with the club after excellent Copa América.

Rodriguez never quite found a fit for himself upon leaving Real Madrid for Bayern Munich. Displaying the finicky attitude of Goldilocks, some clubs were too hot, some were too cold, and none were just right for the Colombian to really achieve any sustained success at the club level.
If someone takes a flier on this guy, they will just become the latest victim in his personal shell game to lock down one more big deal.
