For the second time in a week, Bayern Munich will take on Tottenham Hotspur in a friendly.
Only this time — 12:30PM EDT on Saturday August 10th at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium — the game will be part of the transfer agreement that brought Harry Kane to Germany last summer.
Another tuneup against a solid team will do Bayern Munich well and one player who is expected to make an appearance is Kane, who missed Bayern Munich’s preseason tour in South Korea, due to rest or fatigue or injuries…it is hard to tell.
However, Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl told fans not to worry, though. Kane is back and is healthy (despite how balky he looked during the EURO 2024) as captured by Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg.
“He is healthy. Harry is coming back in the middle of next week. The injuries were not that serious; the disappointment over the lost EURO final was greater,” said Eberl. “Of course, he will fly to London with us because in some way it’s his game too. And then we will prepare him step by step, play DFB-Pokal and have him ready for Bundesliga.”
After watching Kane play at the EUROs, do you think he is healthy?
