AFC Bournemouth have now released all five kits ahead of the upcoming 2024/25 Premier League campaign.
The Cherries head into the campaign celebrating 125 years, which is why minority owner and Hollywood actor/producer Michael B Jordan has created two special kits, which have been used during the pre-season campaign both in California and at Dean Court, along with a retro-style club crest. These shirts are now available through the online store and are priced at £85 for adults and £70 for children.
The home, away and third shirts, include the club’s traditional crest, although, for the opening home game, there is also a special edition version.
The home shirt itself is a retake of the shirt that the Cherries wore 10 years ago when the club clinched promotion to the top flight of English football for the very first time. The accompanying launch video included Championship-winning captain Tommy Elphick and midfielder Marc Pugh.
All three kits are available on the club shop website, priced at £65 for adults and £55 for children (anniversary crest is £75 and £60).
All three kits are available with either the men’s sponsor, women’s sponsor or sponsorless.

Thoughts on this kit: Great design with thick stripes, would have been nice to have the anniversary crest design on the back embroidered. Marks out of 10? 10.
We’ll be wearing a special commemorative shirt for our home opener against Newcastle ♥️
We can’t wait to celebrate our 125th anniversary 🙌

The new away shirt is a modern take on an old classic, the infamous 1992-1994 which was a very popular release last season in AFC Bournemouth’s new retro range.

Thoughts on this kit: The best part is of course the decision to replicate the triangles from the retro kit. But the white doesn’t make it quite as exciting as the original. Marks out of 10? 8.5.
The new third kit, is a bold design turquoise colour.

Earlier this week, our players surprised a group of junior supporters with a reveal of the third kit 🙌

Thoughts on this kit: There’s a cute design for an AFCB logo that looks like a shell, this is a really nice touch, the kit itself isn’t great, especially the colour on the sleeves and neckline. Maybe it’ll look better in person. Marks out of 10? 7.5.
Michael B Jordan’s two kits are one colour for each, one red and one black with a subtle Cherries logo in the design.

Thoughts on this kit: The Cherries design in the pattern is nice, but an all-black kit, is just an all-black kit. It’s also a real disappointment that both the Umbro and special crest are not embroidered on the shirt. Marks out of 10? 6.5
We can’t wait to see this on the pitch tonight! 🔥

Thoughts on this kit: It does look better in red and gold, but everything on the black shirt both good and bad is the same. Marks out of 10? 7.
Your say…

I’m a big fan (of the home shirt). My main thoughts… looks very much like the Real Madrid match shirt which was only a one off sadly. I’ve always preferred less stripes and more black. Much better than recent years (22-23 ) and up there with the early prem shirts.
