We are certain Leicester will not be punished with any points deductions this season. If it happens, having the proof and evidence that will be enough to stop this nonsense. Last season Everton and Forest both got a deduction, so far into this one, no teams have been punished.
When looking at the evidence and report on how much and why Everton and Forest were both sanctioned, gives a good idea on why Leicester will not be punished.
We do again believe the club, with their representatives will manage to navigate in the correct manner to be able to set the records straight and again avoid this from happening, if it should.
The use of points deductions are questoned by many, as it in real will harm the club long term and also see fans, players and management suffer, who have no part of this at all.
#lcfc v the Premier League, 2025 edition. By Tuesday the PL will announce if Leicester are to be charged for breaching PSR. Leicester have been privately confident of avoiding sanctions, but it will be close. Special report on the battle for compliance https://t.co/ldZDJadVgB

The leak of information about a possible sanction of Leicester is in real more questionable as it must have been someone internally giving hints about it, as several media channels have material to publish. Even the worst in this business on gossip and rumours will not print or make this public without some sort of grapewine source.
Some suggest that sources could be from inside the club being punished, but that sounds as total madness as it would be saying that the club would be the one deciding on the matter, so at this point, we believe this is what it is, just gossip and a total misjudgement from those going public or deciding to print articles to harm this football club. We believe that this is good gossip, nice click bites and something that will engange fans and start a good debate, but long term if there is no truth, people will not listen and instead wait for a relevant and official source to come out with some sort of decision.
We do believe that Leicester have challenges regarding their financial situation. We have also asked questions on why this football club, with their owners and management, are interested in hurting themselves, delivering such major losses season in and season out. They also look eager to use money without a major and well written recruitment plan. Paying players not in question for a starting position so lucrative deals that they are not interested in a move to get themselves into a first team, somewhere else.
John Percy (The Telegraph) and Rob Tanner (The Athletic) are two journalists that knows the club well and have their direct sources, but they are also eager to build stories that will give them publicity and more readers. So far both have concluded on a possibility of it to happen, but surely not said it will, so we believe this will either be no deduction at all, or a chance for an appeal, if it should happen.
