Leeds United are considering the future of head coach Javi Gracia after Sunday’s 4-1 defeat by Bournemouth.
Gracia was only appointed at Leeds in February but has won just three of his 11 games, with Leeds still deep in relegation trouble.
The 52-year-old’s position is now under discussion, with the Leeds board debating whether to make another change with just four games remaining as they seek to try and preserve their Premier League status.
Chairman Andrea Radrizzani would have any final say over Gracia’s future.
The club are 16th in the Premier League — just one point ahead of 18th-placed Leicester City and two ahead of 19th-placed Everton, both of whom have played one game fewer.
Leeds only appointed Gracia after a poor run of form that saw Jesse Marsch sacked.
The West Yorkshire side are without a win in their last five matches, a run that includes consecutive 5-1 and 6-1 home losses against Crystal Palace and Liverpool.
Leeds face tough tests in their remaining four Premier League matches, with a trip to high-flying Manchester City coming next Saturday before the visit of third-placed Newcastle United a week later.
They then face a trip to West Ham United, before finishing the season at home against Tottenham Hotspur.
