An excitable Erling Haaland dropped a certain curse word when interrupting Jack Grealish’s interview with Sky Sports during Manchester City’s title celebration.
But just as he did early on in his Citizens career, Man City’s superstar striker swore live on TV as he got hilariously caught up in the moment.
After Man City fans pitch invaded and the squad then lifted the trophy, Grealish spoke to Sky Sports about winning his second title.
The conversation then turned to speaking about his close friendship with record-breaking striker Haaland, with Grealish saying the pair go to training together and live in the same building.
And the Norwegian’s ears must have been burning, as he came bounding over just after.
Grabbing Grealish round the shoulder and leaning into his mic, Haaland shouted: “I f*****g love ya, you know that!”
The ex-Borussia Dortmund man then ran away to continue celebrating, whilst Grealish was left cackling away as he took in what his teammate just did, while Sky presenter Dave Jones apologised to viewers.
Man City’s third Premier League title win in a row was sealed on Saturday after rivals Arsenal lost to Nottingham Forest.
Pep Guardiola’s side then celebrated with a 1-0 win over Chelsea, with Julian Alvarez netting his team’s only goal on the day.
