The 26-year-old will leave Ibrox when his contract runs down next month.
Rangers confirmed the news via their official Twitter account yesterday:
Morelos has a fantastic goalscoring record for Rangers, with 124 goals and 58 assists in 268 games to his name. He has bagged 175 goals in 353 career outings as well (Transfermarkt).
