Sullivan refuses to budge on Rice

Declan Rice’s move to Arsenal is still pending as talks continue between West Ham and the north Londoners.

David Sullivan is determined to reach a structural payment agreement which sees the Irons receive the £105 million transfer free delivered over a year or 18 months.

Sullivan has made his demands crystal clear and has no intention of budging with Arsenal still keen to pay the fee over four years.

That’s the only issue left but despite talks last night with Gooners directors the two sides still haven’t reached an agreement.
