West Ham have been linked with a shock move to sign Wilfried Zaha on a free transfer after his contract expired with Crystal Palace.
According to a report from the Mirror, Wilfried Zaha has emerged as a shock summer transfer window target for West Ham.

The 30-year-old is now a free agent after running his contract down with Crystal Palace, and he is believed to be West Ham’s ‘top transfer target’ this summer.
Hammers boss David Moyes wants to add more pace, power and potency to his front-line at the London Stadium.
Zaha has all of those attributes in abundance, and it seems as though he is firmly on the radar of the East London outfit this summer…

The Mirror claims that the Hammers have made the free agent their top summer transfer target.
They do claim that plenty of other clubs want to sign him as well though.
Zaha bagged seven goals and three assists in 28 games for Palace last season, and he has 90 goals and 76 assists in 458 career matches for the South London outfit (Transfermarkt).
The 31-capped Ivory Coast international has pace and power to burn and is still very fit in spite of the fact that he’s on the wrong side of 30.
I believe that Wilfried Zaha would be a terrific addition for West Ham but let’s be serious here, it won’t happen will it.
The winger will surely not jeopardise being adored by the Palace faithful and seeing out his days at Selhurst Park just to join a London rival who aren’t in the Champions League.
Sure, we have Europa League football on offer at the London Stadium, but I just think that Zaha will only be leaving the Eagles for a top four club or a lucrative move to a foreign country like Saudi Arabia.
The links with Zaha are certainly exciting but at the same time, they’re incredibly unrealistic in my opinion.
