Liverpool have reportedly made an official offer for West Ham United target Perr Schuurs.
According to Tuttosport, Liverpool have made a bid worth more than €30 million (£25 million) for Perr Schurrs, a player wanted by West Ham – but Torino are still holding out for €40 million (£34 million).

Hammers boss David Moyes desperately needs to add a top-class centre-back to his ranks at the London Stadium in the summer transfer window.
Schuurs would be the perfect summer signing for West Ham.
Unfortunately for the Scot though, it seems like Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is determined to get his man…
David Moyes faces big Perr Schuurs problem as Liverpool make official £25 million bid
Tuttosport reckon that the Reds have lodged an official offer for the Dutch centre-back.
RD Football Scout have described Schuurs as ‘brilliant’. I totally agree with that assessment – the Torino ace is an elite defender in the making. So losing out on his signature to Liverpool would be a big blow for the Hammers.
In 27 Serie A outings last season, Schuurs averaged 1.7 tackles, one interception, 3.2 clearances and two successful aerial duels per game (Who Scored).
During those appearances, the Dutchman made 39.8 passes per game on average and recorded a completion rate of 88.2% (Who Scored).
He is a very solid all round centre-back, and with his 6ft 3in frame, he seems to be ideally suited to Premier League football.
I genuinely think that the Torino ace would be a superb signing for West Ham for around £25-35 million.
Sadly though, Liverpool seem to be in pole position to sign Perr Schuurs this summer.
