Everton will have to pay around the region of £20million to sign Wilfried Gnonto this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
If Gnonto is to leave Leeds United this summer it will be on a permanent deal, rather than a loan move.
The Italian does not have a relegation release clause in his contract, meaning the Whites do not have to sell him for a fixed fee.
Football Insider exclusively revealed on Wednesday (5 July) that Everton and Aston Villa alongside other Premier League clubs are interested in signing Leeds United star Gnonto.
The 19-year-old’s contract at Elland Road runs until 2027 after he joined from FC Zurich last year for a reported fee of just under £4million.

Sean Dyche would like more signings but he is fully aware of the restrictions the club face from Financial Fair Play.
For the Toffee’s to bolster their squad, they would need to offload players, before strengthening the team.
Wilfried Gnonto is one forward they are interested in, but they would need to finance the deal by selling players.
Gnonto made 24 Premier League appearances in a campaign that saw Leeds finish 19th and lose their spot in the top flight.
The Italy international has been attracting clubs from his home country as well as top teams in England throughout an impressive debut campaign in the top flight.
Staff at the Yorkshire club have been blown away by Gnonto’s talent since he broke into the first team this season and has regularly been described as “phenomenal” by his coaches, as revealed by Football Insider back in February.
Everton could look to strike a deal amid the winger’s £20million price tag reveal.
