Chelsea have made West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur target Conor Gallagher surplus to requirements, and are offering him out to prospective buyers.
According to a report from The Evening Standard, West Ham or Tottenham can now sign Conor Gallagher in the summer transfer window as long as we meet the asking price of Chelsea.

Hammers boss David Moyes obviously needs to bolster his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium this summer, having sold Declan Rice to Arsenal.

Chelsea place West Ham target Conor Gallagher on the transfer list
The Evening Standard claim that after Chelsea made the midfielder surplus to requirements, the Hammers are ready to push ahead of Tottenham in the race to sign him.
That’s because of the fact that we are flush with cash following Rice’s exit.
Whilst Gallagher would in no way be a like-for-like replacement for Dec, he definitely would be a very strong addition to Moyes’s ranks at the London Stadium.
The 23-year-old has bundles of energy and stamina, is a very hard worker and possesses exceptional technical ability.
He’s been described as an ‘immense talent’ by Sport Bible.
Gallagher would also qualify as a home-grown player for West Ham – something that we’re in need of after Rice’s exit.
If West Ham beat Tottenham to the signing of Conor Gallagher this summer, I think it will be a big statement form the club.
