Hammers target full back
West Ham are reportedly keen to bolster their defence, according to numerous reports this afternoon. The Hammers have targeted Feyenoord full-back Quilindschy Hartman for a transfer this summer.
It has been revealed that the Irons are showing interest in recruiting the Dutch defender, although it is unclear whether David Moyes has ratified the approach. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to validate many of the transfer rumours given the confusion currently hanging over recruitment at West Ham.
Hartman had a decent campaign in Holland as, he put in a run of impressive displays for his club. The 21-year-old scored two goals and created five during 35 matches for Feyenoord last season in all competitions.
The move would increase the chances of Aaron Cresswell leaving the London Stadium during this transfer window. The long time Hammers servant is wanted by Wolves, and a fee of £2.5m is understood to be the price.
