West Ham ‘set to agree a deal with Torino for the sale of Nikola Vlasic’ – as forward ‘seeks swift Hammers exit’ after becoming ‘fed up’ at the club
- Nikola Vlasic made 36 appearances on loan last season with Serie A side Torino
- The Croatian forward is reportedly growing closer to a permanent transfer
- Vlasic said he has grown ‘fed up’ with his ‘dead-end situation’ at the London club
West Ham are close to agreeing a deal with Serie A side Torino for Croatian forward Nikola Vlasic, according to reports in Italy.
The 25-year-old joined the Hammers on a five-year deal from CSKA Moscow after a catching the eye at the European Championship that summer but has failed to make his mark at the London Stadium.
According to Calciomercato, Vlasic is drawing closer to a permanent switch to the side he featured for on loan last term for a fee in the region of £13m.
The news comes as little surprise seeing as the attacker made no secret of his unhappiness in England.
‘I’m fed up with this dead-end situation,’ he recently told Tuttosport. ‘We all know that I’m not considered an important player here. I’m just one of many in the reserve group.’

Vlasic managed just one goal from 31 appearances in all competitions for David Moyes’ side during the 2021-22 campaign.
On loan in Turin, the forward turned out 34 times for the Serie A side who slumped to a lacklustre 10th-placed finish, though he did chip in with an improved 11 goal contributions.
His exit would mark the latest departure from the London club with Gianluca Scamacca set to join Manuel Lanzini, Arthur Masuaku and Declan Rice out the door.
Moyes is yet to make any additions to his roster, despite the £105m pocketed from Arsenal, ahead of their new campaign which begins with a trip to Bournemouth on August 12.
