Inter Milan revive their bid to sign Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun but are yet to agree to Gunners’ £45m valuation as Serie A side look to offer £26m
- Inter have revived their bid to sign Arsenal forward Balogun this summer
- The Serie A giants have missed out on a move for two top targets already
- Arsenal and Inter remain apart on their valuation for the forward despite talks
Inter Milan have revived their bid to sign Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun.
This comes after they missed out on West Ham‘s Gianluca Scamacca and Romelu Lukaku of Chelsea.
Inter had been looking to offer around £26million for Balogun who is valued at around £45million by Arsenal.
The forward had an impressive break-out season with Stade de Reims in Ligue 1 last season and is edging closer to an exit at the Emirates.
However, Arsenal’s valuation could prove to be a sticking point this summer as Inter are yet to agree on a fee for the forward.

Balogun had a fine season on loan last time out and could leave on a permanent transfer
With an injury to Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus, a position in the Gunners’ attack has opened up ahead of the new season.
It remains to be seen as to whether Mikel Arteta will trust Balogun to start the season in this role, or whether the likes of Leandro Trossard, Gabriel Martinelli or Eddie Nketiah will play through the middle.
Inter Milan have missed out on Lukaku, who is pushing for a move to Juventus this summer.
Scamacca is set to return to Italy, although he will be joining Inter’s Serie A rivals Atalanta following the departure of Rasmus Hojlund.
If the Italians are to sign Balogun this summer, they must return with an improved offer for the Arsenal youngster.
