West Ham have engaged in discussions with Julen Lopetegui and may decide on manager David Moyes’ future before the season concludes.
Moyes has consistently dodged questions about his tenure, indicating that discussions about his role will only occur after our final match against Manchester City on May 19.
However, whilst Claret & Hugh have not received any confirmation from our sources within West Ham, it is believed that Moyes might be dismissed before the season’s end.
The talks with Lopetegui have been favourable, yet sources insist that no definitive decision has been made regarding Moyes. The final decision will be based on what is deemed best for the team.
Lopetegui has been unemployed since departing from Wolves just before the start of the current season, due to unmet promises regarding his playing budget.
The former Spain and Real Madrid coach has been considered for numerous positions since his departure and is reportedly eager to return to the Premier League. He had successfully steered Wolves to safety last season after taking over the team when they were at the bottom of the table.
