Arsenal and Chelsea are admirers of Nottingham Forest centre-back Murillo, according to Daily Mail.
The 21-year-old joined Forest from Corinthians last summer and he has been one of their best performers.
Murillo has caught the eye with his clearances, ball recoveries as well as his physical presence in the box.
It is now reported that Forest could be forced to sell him for a huge profit amid their Financial Fair Play issues.
The club were recently docked four points after being found guilty of breaching Profit and Sustainability rules.
Forest have dropped into the relegation zone as a result and will be aiming to beat the drop in the season run-in.
The club could face similar punishment next term unless they manage to recoup funds from player sales.
Murillo seems a likely candidate to be offloaded. He was bought for £15m and could bring a huge profit.
Aside from Murillo, the likes of Morgan Gibbs-White and Ibrahim Sangare could also be sold this summer.
