Al-Ittihad are expected to make an opening bid worth £25m for Manchester City keeper Ederson, according to the Daily Mail.
The six-time Premier League winner has been tipped to leave the Etihad this summer, with Saudi Arabia his most likely destination.
However, supporters on X believe the Cityzens should hold out for a lot more money for Ederson, who has been a key member of the first-team squad since his arrival in 2017:

Why is Ederson looking to leave City?
It appears as if the 30-year-old is unhappy about not being offered a lucrative new contract. The keeper last signed an extension back in 2021, but he is still earning only £100,000 a week.
Kevin Bruyne earns four times that amount, while Jack Grealish (who has not been a regular starter this season), takes home £300,000 a week.
With Saudi Pro League clubs likely promising Ederson a substantial wage rise, you can’t blame him for being tempted.
Do City have a replacement lined up?
The Premier League champions are not believed to be actively looking at strengthening their options in goal but that could soon change.
Stefan Ortega is also angling for a move away from the club, with his contract situation having not been resolved either. The German is closing in on the final twelve months of his current deal.
If Ederson leaves, City could persuade Ortega to stay if they do promise him the No. 1 spot but that depends on what offers the club receive for their current first choice goalkeeper.
