Leeds United have completed the signing Jayden Bogle from Sheffield United for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old right-back has signed a four-year contract, securing his future at Elland Road until the summer of 2028.
Leeds said in a statement that everyone at the club “would like to welcome Jayden,” confirming he will join up with the rest of the squad on their pre-season training camp in Germany.
The Athletic reported earlier this month that Leeds were interested in pursuing a deal for Bogle. They had been on the lookout for a right-back following the £40million ($51.9m) departure of Archie Gray to Tottenham Hotspur.
Bogle spent his youth career with Reading, Swindon Town, and Derby County before making his professional debut for Derby in a Carabao Cup match against Oldham Athletic in the 2018-19 season. That breakout year saw him make 40 Championship appearances, scoring twice and providing nine assists.

He continued to impress at Derby before moving to Sheffield United in 2020. Bogle made his Premier League debut in a 1-1 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion, scoring his first goal for the club in the same match.
Bogle played a crucial role in Sheffield United’s promotion back to the English top flight in the 2022-23 campaign and made 36 appearances last season, netting three goals.
On the international stage, Bogle has represented England at the Under-20 level, debuting with a 4-0 victory over Guatemala in 2019.
Bogle is Leeds’ fourth signing of the transfer window, joining Joe Rothwell on loan from Bournemouth, along with goalkeeper Alex Cairns from Salford City and defender Joe Rodon from Spurs on permanent deals.
