Bayern Munich’s Jamal Musiala is one of the world’s best footballers right now.
The youngster has the world at his feet, and rightly so. His most recent outing involved a 5-0 demolition of Hungary at the hands of the German national team, which saw the player notch a stellar goal and three assists.
Anyone who hasn’t been living under a rock the past four years wouldn’t be fazed by this, or anything else he does, because he is simply that good. When he has the ball at his feet, there’s no taking it from him without committing a foul. For obvious reasons, Bayern Munich want to keep their generational talent at the club well beyond 2026, when his current contract would expire.
According to @FabrizioRomano via @caughtoffside (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern have been pushing for an extension for months, and remain committed to the mission.

Bayern have been pushing for months to extend Jamal Musiala’s contract beyond 2026 – and this remain one of their main missions. Bayern will insist again with a big proposal. Musiala is in the list of all the top European clubs, but it all depends on what happens with Bayern in talks.
With other top European clubs undoubtedly circling like sharks, it is now up to Bayern to act quickly and do what it takes to make him stay. And if that means the biggest contract offer in the club’s history, so be it. Jamal Musiala is only 21, and could be Bayern’s Franck Ribéry regen for the next 10+ years. Heck, he might touch peaks Ribéry never reached.
Having a line up of Musiala-Paul Wanner-Michael Olise with Mathys Tel up front and Aleksandar Pavlović anchoring the midfield would be every fan’s pipe dream and a nightmare for any opposition. And Musiala lies at the center of it all. Extending him would secure what could be the next generation of footballing legends.
All playing together at Bayern Munich.
