Bayern Munich (rightfully) took a conservative approach with star winger Leroy Sané, as the German was fighting his way back from a groin injury that required surgery.
According to a report from kicker journalist Frank Linkesch (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Sané could be back in action on Saturday against Holstein Kiel or on Tuesday vs. Dinamo Zagreb:
Leroy Sané has been training with the team for two weeks and is expected to make his comeback in the squad against Kiel on Saturday. He will get his first minutes of the season either on Saturday or at the latest in Tuesday’s Champions League opener against Dinamo Zagreb.
Kimmich, Pavlović, Olise, Upamecano, and Laimer train inside
