One new Chelsea player has admitted he is not player his best football yet or at his full fitness yet since arriving at the club in the summer transfer window.
The Blues signed a host of new players in the window, some of them have come in and made an instant impact, whilst others are taking a bit of time to find their feet, which is completely natural.

Pedro Neto scored his first goal for his new club on Wednesday night helping Chelsea beat Barrow 5-0 in the League Cup third round. He arrived from Wolves in the summer and it’s been a little up and down for him so far.
We have seen moments of brilliance but all in all he hasn’t been great yet as he settles into a new club.
Neto was a shock signed from nowhere in the summer. There were hardly any reports even linking him to Chelsea, and then he just joined them from nowhere really.
Neto not at his best
In words cited by The Evening Standard, Neto speaks on a recent injury was a hamstring problem that kept him sidelined for almost two months in the second half of the season:
“At the moment, I’m not at my level, but I’m getting there,” Neto said. “I know that I will arrive at my top form and I will enjoy it.
“I continue to work. I continue to work on my confidence, on my football, on the adaptation, and I hope to be [at full fitness] as soon as as I can.”
