Paris Saint-Germain will be without Ousmane Dembélé after manager Luis Enrique decided to drop him from the squad that will face Arsenal on Tuesday night at Emirates Stadium.
RMC Sport reported that Ousmane Dembélé’s absence is due to disciplinary reasons following a heated argument with manager Luis Enrique after the match against Rennes.
This is a significant blow to PSG’s attacking lineup, especially considering the 27-year-old’s impressive form this season. Dembélé has already tallied four goals and four assists in just seven matches across all competitions, making his contribution tough to replace.
Nonetheless, manager Luis Enrique will count on a player or two to elevate their game in this important contest. So, who could be the player that steps up and has a big away performance? Kang-in Lee might be that guy.
If the probable lineups are accurate, Lee could potentially play the false No. 9 role for the Spaniard. Francis Coquelin told L’Equipe what he expects from the South Korean native in this role against the Gunners.
“He plays in a position that allows him to create space thanks to his great vision on the field,” Coquelin said. “He’s strong on his feet, protects the ball well, and has adapted nicely to the physical demands of the game. Overall, he’s a well-rounded player.”

So far this campaign, Lee has made seven appearances for the Parisians, scoring three goals. If the 23-year-old can make any goal contributions for this away match, PSG would be in good shape to secure a win.
