Arsenal hero Thierry Henry may have retired ten years ago – but the football legend is still in peak physical condition.
The 47-year-old shared a video on social media of his morning workout routine, which consisted of push-up to side-planks – with a clap in the middle.
Referencing his iconic number he wore at Arsenal, Barcelona and New York Red Bulls, Henry did 14 on either side.
He uploaded a clip on Instagram to his 2.6 million followers, with his fans left blown away by his core strength – including David Beckham.
The Manchester United cult hero is known to be Henry’s close friend, with the pair featuring in adverts for both Pepsi and Walkers.

And ‘Golden Balls’ recently gifted the 1998 World Cup winner a jar of honey during his appearance on CBS Sports last month.
Despite being in tip-top shape himself, Beckham was left seriously impressed by his former Premier League rival.
Leaving a five-word message in the comment section, he said: “Setting the bar high here.”
Fans know all too well about Henry’s vigorous workouts, with his CBS Sports colleague Micah Richards left floored after training together.
The duo spent time in the gym, where Richards, who is in great nick himself, was left schooled by the Gunners’ all-time top scorer.
In a video, Richards could be seen wiping sweat from his brow, before saying: “Never, ever, ever, and I mean ever, train with this guy [Thierry Henry].”
“It is not normal, mate. Seriously,” he added, breathlessly.
And many have quipped that Henry should bring the ex-Manchester City defender back for round two.
One user joked: “We have to see Micah try this one.”
Another said: “Nowhere is safe for Micah.”
A third added: “Big Meeks you have 24 hours to respond.”
Henry has only recently returned to Instagram having had three-and-a-half-years away from the platform.
He announced on Wednesday that he’s ‘back’, and Henry has since shared four different posts in the last two days.
